Hycrome was originally established in 1947 and mainly serviced the textile industry. Throughout the decades the company evolved into an organisation which provided services to the Aerospace, Power Generation and Oil and Gas Industry sectors.

In 2016 the business was split with Hycrome Aerospace being formed to handle all Aerospace related activity. Hycrome Europe continues to service the Power Generation and Oil and Gas Industries.

Specialist activities in both companies include Engineering and Design, Advanced Manufacturing, Application of Protective Treatments and Component Repair.

The companies have invested in the latest equipment to meet their aim of delivering value into the Supply Chain by  minimising cost and lead-time.
